2. Meeting Point & Logistics.

• Check-in Location: Meet your guide directly at the Fall Creek Falls Nature Center.

• Transportation Note: Participants drive their own vehicles to and between park scenic stops as part of our current itinerary format.

3. Itinerary & Detailed Stops.

• 09:00 AM – Welcome & Fall Creek Falls Visitor Center Check-in: Meet the group, review the day’s schedule, conduct a safety briefing, and head out toward our first stop.

• Fall Creek Falls Overlook & Base Hike: A dedicated visual stop at the main overlook, followed by an immersive hike down to the base of the waterfall to enjoy the scenery and swimming. Post-hike hydration and snacks provided.

• Cane Creek Falls, Betty Dunn Nature Center & Suspension Bridge: Explore the Cane Creek Falls and Rock House Falls overlooks, visit the Betty Dunn Nature Center (museum), cross the iconic suspension bridge, and enjoy the swimming areas. Lunch break here (bring your own lunch; hydration and snacks covered by us).

• Fall Creek Falls Lake Kayaking Adventure: Head over to the Fall Creek Falls Lake Boat Dock for 1 to 2 hours of kayaking, with individual and double kayak rentals fully covered for an epic on-the-water experience.

• Sweet Finish at Fall Creek Falls Snack Bar Grill: We wrap up the active day around the late afternoon by heading to the local Fall Creek Falls Snack Bar Grill. Enjoy classic American fast food like hot dogs, burgers, and pizza for your main meal, celebrate a great adventure, and support a local business (each participant purchases their own meal; feel free to bring your own light snacks of preference for during the day).

5. Safety & Guidelines.

• Park Regulations: Always follow marked paths, respect restricted areas or designated swimming zones, and wear proper safety flotation aids when using water equipment on the lake.

• Weather & Conditions: Outdoor itineraries are flexible and subject to adjustment based on park conditions and weather.

6. What to Bring / Preparation

• Comfortable Footwear: Sturdy walking shoes or hiking sneakers, plus water shoes or secure sandals with traction for wet areas and lake entry.

• Quick-Dry Clothing & Swimwear: Lightweight, breathable, quick-drying clothing and swimwear, as outdoor activities involve high movement, potential sweat, and refreshing water interaction at the waterfalls and lake.

• Packed Picnic Lunch: Please bring your own portable lunch to enjoy during our scenic stop at the Suspension Bridge area. (Note: If you have strict dietary preferences or food allergies, we kindly ask that you pack your preferred personalized meals).

• Sun & Hydration Gear: Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a reusable water bottle.

• Change of Clothes & Towel (Recommended): We strongly suggest leaving a towel and a complete change of dry clothes and shoes safely tucked in your vehicle. This allows you to freshen up comfortably after water activities before our final stop at the Snack Bar Grill!
